What is a Red Monkey Explorer?

Red Monkey Explorers want to explore the EOI Mindset and discover its full potential for organizational development.

Explorers are fully engaged in the first step of Engine of Innovation Stepping … they want to ‘awake’ themselves in the world of Red Monkeys & Engines of Innovation!

Self-Awakening is successful if they understand the Engine of innovation Mindset and accept the consequences of using the mindset.

In its full length the RMS has 5 Chapters with 20 Stories and more than 50 Question & Answer Recordings. The stories are told by using more than 80 ‘Posters’. Every poster covers a concept, an insight or a tool. Together, they offer learning and reflection material with almost limitless possibilities for reshaping learning, working and innovation in your team, organization or region.

Journeys versus Explorer Membership?

Red Monkey Story Journeys are formal awakening programs with Pack Builders, Teachers, Coaches and Reporters (Journalists). They are organized as ‘guided’ tours through the Red Monkey Story and customized to the awakening needs. Journeys are organized when sufficient packs have registered. Since they are formal and organized with reflection and debate built in, the chance to become a ‘awaken’ is much bigger.

The only drawback of Journeys is … “how do we get sufficient packs to join a journey?”. A Red Monkey Explorer Membership doesn’t has this drawback. You register and you can start your self-guided journey with the material made available to you.
