The Red Monkey Story Content is the foundation of our mission. It’s our ‘guided tour’ through the Engine of Innovation Mindset. All of our Red Monkey Story Products will be based on this content.

Today the Red Monkey Story has 5 Chapters covering 20 Stories with more than 100 Engine of Innovation Posters picturing challenging concepts, tools & more.

  • 14 Stories are ‘Basic’. These stories explain the basics of the EOI Mindset. The first layer … 8-)

  • 2 Stories are for ‘Techies Only’. These stories explain Jeff’s Law by using technical formulas (Electricity & Dynamics). Understanding this law adds a new dimension to organizational development and understanding of the basic stories.

  • 4 Stories are for ‘Believers Only’. If we can’t ‘awaken’ you with the 14 Basic Stories their is no reason you should follow these ‘4 Stories’. They add a toolkit that helps teams and organizations to implement the Engine of Innovation Mindset.

Jeff’s Law - The Personal Edition

When I (Jef) switched my passion from software development to organizational development I took a lot of experience with me. Two things remained for sure … my passion for technology and my passion in finding out how things work or don’t’ work (system thinking).

One of the things I realized, was the relationship between learning, change and innovation … and the world of electricity and dynamics. For me it was a mind opener that helped me to better understand personal and management development.

This Story explains Jeff’s Law (based on electricity & dynamics) to better understand the Personal Competences needed to boost your Personal Power to Innovate.

Previous chapters give guidance in the development of very competent 3D-Smarts / 3D-Experts, very professional 3D-Managers and very innovate 3D-Business Units. But one of the biggest challenges remains unanswered:

That is the key question where ‘Rise of the Red Monkeys’ looks at. Based on Jef’s experience in learning as a Training Manager and Culture Change as a Corporate Learning Officer, he developed a transformation strategy: EOI Steps.
