    The 20 stories tackle the most difficult questions people, teams & organizations face today. How to boost the learning and innovation power of people, teams, organizations and regions to thrive in this chaotic and disruptive world? What are the real challenges and solutions?

    The main goal of the story is to awaken people into a paradigm shifting mindset about learning, working and innovation. For some it will be too confrontational … for others it will be a mind opener to a new world of solutions.

  • From ‘Zero’ to ‘Hero’ … 8-)

    There is no clear answer to this question. For some it will be a waste of time for others it will change their view on organizational development completely. It all depends on the passion, the talents and the challenges of the participants.

    But we understand that this is a legit question … therefore we will start harvesting answers from participants in previous Red Monkey Events to make it more clear … 8-)

  • Again a difficult question. From ‘Zero’ to ‘Forever’ … 8-)

    If you must participate in a full Red Monkey Story Journey … for example the Cluster Journey One Pilot then it will take +/- 24 hours participating in online Global Teaching Sessions (8 sessions of 3 hours ) plus 16 hours Local Coaching Sessions (8 sessions of 2 hours). This gives a total of 40 hours divided over 10 weeks.

    If you are really passionate about the subject and your mind becomes more and more open to the content then you will start reviewing the recordings … ask more questions … give more answers … become more engaged. At that moment time becomes irrelevant because the content will start having more and more impact on how you work, manage or change the culture of your organization. At that moment the return on investment will surpass the time you invest.

    So … how much time takes a journey? The moment it give an answer to your challenges it becomes ‘endless’ … 8-)
