About the community
The Red Monkey Community is an ‘online’ place where people passionate about Red Monkey Innovation Management and the Engine of Innovation Mindset come together to discuss, learn and innovate together. We use EOI Stepping to do this. This is a 4-step process explained in the Red Monkey Story:
Awakening
During this step we try to awaken people. We do this by telling the Red Monkey Story, an eye-opening tale about the current state of innovation, management and learning.Learning
During this step we support people in learning the mindset. Learning will only happen after successful awakening. That’s the moment people start to become eager to learn!Inspiring
After and during learning, we will guide people in formulating ideas that will boost the learning & innovation power of people, teams, organizations and regions. We will use the EOI Matrices to bring order in the chaos of organizational development.Tuning
During this step ideas will become projects. At this point the community will become a community of practice where we will promote Open Culture Innovation.
about membership
At this point we are incubating the Red Monkey Community and will try different methods to get it going. You can already join for free by becoming a Red Monkey Fan or go for a paid subscription and become a Red Monkey Explorer in the world of Red Monkeys and Engines of Innovation.
We will add other memberships as we grow. Each will be aligned with Engine of Innovation Stepping and the portfolio of Red Monkey Company.
about Technology
Another part of the incubation strategy is finding the right technology mix. How to use of the shelf technologies to make it happen? This is a continuous search in finding the right balance between what is possible and ‘gambling’ … 8-)
