As the world is flooded with information, organizations, companies, schools and regions must adapt to this new reality. Most crucially they need to increase their power to learn and innovate dramatically. This transition from a flat, information-poor 2D-World to a disruptive, information-rich 3D-World is what we call Switch3D. 

Today’s companies however have trouble creating the right learning and working environment that enables and energizes disruptive innovation by using the passion and talents of people. We unintentionally transformed talented adults into passionless sheep. 

We must boldly go for disruptive business innovation powered by disruptive culture innovation. 

This session is a plea for a dramatic change in the organization of work and education.
